The shot where John is miming a gun was shortly after an errant telly bloke had walked on stage to film the set and ploughed straight across Coco Montoya's effects pedals. John then (reasonably) suggested the cameraman leave the stage. When he ignored this, John gave him a helpful shove. Shortly thereafter, the camera chap returned and carried on filming, which prompted the gesture from John. Smart move, really, using your privileged position to do your best to piss the artist off. John & the band shook it off quickly and played a storming set on a sunny afternoon.
